Regenerate Tauri icon outputs from the new 1024px source asset and document the exact Figma setup plus output/build commands so icon updates are repeatable.

Unifies grant loading/auth/error/success layouts with shared action-row composition and updates icon primitives so spinner sizing/id behavior and Lucide stroke overrides are predictable. Also documents the follow-up retryability plan and aligns related connect/demo/home surface spacing and empty-state treatment.
